AFY is an initiative by the youth of Al-Furqan Mosque. The idea is very simple, i.e to attract the younger brothers to the Masjid. For this we need to create an environment that is welcoming for the youth.

We have invested in a snooker table and table tennis so that the youth can enjoy themselves in the vicinity of the Masjid and can pray on time, inshallah.

Parents are urged to bring their children aged 12+.

Please support us with your ideas and help. Together we can do much to save our next generation from the ocean of materialism and secularism by the Grace of Allah Almighty, inshallah.

In the future, we would like to see similar arrangements in place for our sisters as well. Space limitations don't allow us to do that currently, but with the help of Allah and our community members we will definitely be able to achieve our goals.
